USMR Reporting

USMR; a module that lets you enter your invoices, create cost recipes, issue production/costing orders and track stock without needing any ERP program. The module is designed for the level of people working in the sector, so that your staff can carry out all operations simply and easily without needing accounting knowledge.

How does it work?

Recipes are entered for the finished/semi-finished products on the business's menu. Incoming invoices are then entered into the system. Production/Cost is run and stock levels are monitored. Stock counts can be carried out at set intervals and "count surplus" and "count shortage" records entered in bulk. Advanced, practical and clear reports are provided on your stock levels so that you can act on them.

• Return invoices are processed as well as purchase invoices.
• Records losses, disposals, waste and consumables separately, so business costs can be tracked in more detail.

• For off-menu products served at openings or on special occasions, a list is built with drag and drop and a manual production order is created.
• Recipe and bill of materials structures are built with nested "finished" / "semi-finished" products. In a recipe/bill of materials, raw materials and semi-finished products can be used together, and a finished product recipe can be built from several semi-finished products.
