Your Data Protection Rights
How to access, correct or delete your personal data, and how to make a request to RestoPOS.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and you can ask us to change or delete it. This page explains how to make a request.
What you can ask for
- Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: deletion of your data where we no longer need it or have no lawful basis to keep it.
- Restriction: a pause on how we use your data, for example while we check a correction.
- Objection: you can object to our use of your data where we rely on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Portability: your data in a structured, machine-readable format, where this applies.
How to make a request
Send your request through the contact form on our Contact page, or by post to RestoPOS Donanım ve Yazılım A.Ş., Armağanevler Mah. Sırt Sk. No: 58-60B, 34760 Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye.
Please tell us your name, how we can contact you, and which right you want to use. If you have contacted us through a form on this website, it helps to tell us roughly when.
There is no form to fill in and no fee.
What happens next
We will confirm that we have received your request and reply within one month. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months; we will tell you if we do and why.
If we cannot be sure who you are, we may ask for information to confirm your identity before we act on the request. We only use that information for this purpose.
If we cannot meet your request, for example because the law requires us to keep certain records, we will explain why.
If you are not satisfied
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
