Paket Lokal

Delivery orders taken over landline (local) telephone lines. Up to 8 different phone lines can be connected at the same time, or a direct switchboard connection can be provided.

How does Paket Lokal work?

• With caller ID, numbers calling from landlines or a virtual switchboard are detected automatically.
• If the caller is already registered, their previous details and orders are displayed on screen automatically.
• The incoming order, with all its details, payment type and special notes, is entered into the system quickly and easily on the touchscreen.
• Orders are sent automatically to the kitchen.
• When items are ready, the courier marks the orders they need to deliver on the touchscreen, collects the order and sets off.
• Payment can be made on the doorstep in cash or by card using a card payment terminal.
• Lets you smoothly manage processes such as courier tracking, courier cash tracking and time/speed/delay reports.
